Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

United Kingdom

Free Standard Shipping — 6 to 10 business days
Priority Shipping — £4.99 — 4 to 7 business days (free on orders over £50)

Europe (EU)

Free Standard Shipping — 8 to 14 business days
Priority Shipping — £5.99 — 6 to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Please allow extra time during peak seasons, sales, and public holidays.

Multiple Shipments

Orders with several items may ship from different fulfilment locations and can arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal — no items are missing.

Customs & Duties (EU)

For eligible orders, applicable taxes are handled at checkout so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. In rare cases, local customs may apply additional charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
