We want you to love your G'Lore purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at peterjoshua1227@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return cost and will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and personal-care items cannot be returned once opened or used (for example lip products, applicators, and skincare that has been unsealed), unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your Statutory Rights (UK)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, subject to the hygiene exceptions above. These rights are in addition to our 30-day policy.
